The main concept is to deliver the requested feature(s) within the given time. I strongly believe there is a better way to do things, and that’s why I listen to what my teammates say! Thanks to listening, I understood that there were some core issues with the product that caused developers to struggle every time they opened the IDE. We addressed those issues, solved them, and since then, the delivery time has improved!
